Rechtsgeschäfte sind in der Regel formfrei.
Ausnahmen (schriftlich) z.B.

  • Ausbildungsvertrag
  • Testament
  • Ehevertrag
  • notarielle Verträge:
    • notarielle Beglaubigung (Bestätigung der Unterschrift; z.B. Handelsregistereintrag)
    • notarielle Beurkundung (Bestätigung von Inhalt und Unterschrift; z.B. Grundbucheintrag)
